Our thirteen member outside sales team covers seven southeastern states and call on all viable distributors, national accounts, and end-users in their respective territories. Our salespeople specialize in developing integrated marketing plans for our distributors, which results in growth of the manufacturers product line through increased sales of existing items and the introduction of new items. In addition, distributor support through sales meetings, end-user work, and trade shows is emphasized.
Supporting the outside sales team is a seven member sales service staff in our Atlanta office, which handles order entry, follow-up, and immediate response to all customer sales service requests. In addition, to our internal personnel, WHITE & HODGE COMPANY, INC., is fully automated in terms of sales reporting, quote tracking, EDI, E-mail, and voice mail.
