National Accounts Director, David G. Calabrase, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the FAFP. He assumes the role of Secretary for the remainder of 2011. David is a six-year member of the FAFP, where he has forged several relationships in the mission of promoting food safety. Members of FAFP represent a broad spectrum of professionals dedicated to ensuring a safe food supply in the foodservice, academic and institutional settings. The mission of FAFP is to provide professionals and their constituents with a forum to exchange information and ultimately insure the safety of guests across multiple industries. Darden, Publix, Sweetbay (Delhaize), Walt Disney, and Margaritaville are a few of the notable entities whose leaders serve as active members. David shares, "...it is an honor for me to represent Sani Professional on this important industry board.
